Warwick teams make it to Shell Cup finals

POLOCROSSE: Warwick 1 teams have made the finals of both the open and mixed A-grade competitions at the Shell Cup at Morgan Park.

Warwick 1 will play Sydney in the final of the Shell Cup A-grade at 12.30pm today. In the semis, Warwick 1 beat Wandoan and Sydney beat Tansey.

Western Australian player BJ Thomas is part of the Sydney team this weekend.

In the mixed, Warwick beat Quirindi in the semi and will play Tansey 1 in the final at 10.50am today.

The final game of the game will be an open men’s game between Queensland and New South Wales in the Barastoc Interstate Series

It has been an incident free weekend and hasn’t been interrupted by rain.

There was 20mm rain in parts of Warwick on Saturday night but none at Morgan Park.
