Warwick woman praises hospital staff
A WARWICK woman took to Facebook yesterday to sing the praises of nurses at Warwick Hospital staff.
Jamii Leigh Peters said staff had taken terrific care of her sick daughter in a post to the Warwick Daily News Facebook page.
"I just want to give a huge shout out to all the nurses and doctors at the hospital that took exceptional care of my daughter offer this last week," she wrote.
"They were absolutely fantastic. She was that sick she almost had to be choppered to the Lady Cilento Hospital but due to the awesome pediatric nurse Toni and my daughter's favourite nurse Rachel she was nursed back to health before that had to happen."
Ms Peters said staff were happy to listen to every concern and every question she asked.
"They were so patient and kind. I couldn't have asked for a better experience," she said.
"Thank you so much to everyone who cared for her. You will never know how grateful I am to you all."
Rachel Spies, a friend of Toni Alroy, tagged the nurse in the post, who responded in kind to the grateful message.
"Thanks Rach, I needed this more than you realise," she wrote.
