Warwick youngsters have on-field fashions covered
The first time at the Warwick Boxing Day Races can be nerve-racking, overwhelming and exciting.
Luckily for these three girls, the only thing they don't have to think about is their outfits.
Warwick mum Krista Going and her partner Richie Main are the new creators of clothing shop Winston & Fay.
"We wanted something different and unique that wasn't available to locals,” Ms Going said.
"The girls find it hard to get an outfit they love in town, so we thought we should create a label for women and children.
"The only thing we have here is Big W, so all the girls end up wearing the same outfits all the time.”
The name was inspired by their dog Winston and their daughters.
The collection is expected to hit local markets by February and they're hoping to lock in a permanent place shortly after.
Trying to support local businesses, the prints and designs are mostly done in Australia.
"The spare bedroom is barely walkable at the moment,” Mr Main said.
"We're really looking forward to getting started.”
The Winston & Fay Instagram account already has over 600 followers and the couple plan on making the numbers grow.
