RUGBY LEAGUE: The dream of three Wattles premierships in four years in A grade is over with Pittsworth beating the Warriors in the TRL knockout semi final on Saturday night.

Pittsworth led 10-0 after seven minutes and then 14-12 at halftime.

Wattles went into the game without Brayden Wilson who was injured at training late in the week. The club has withstood a lot of injuries to impress with their determination and footy in the final two months of the season.

The game was played in windy conditions but the kickers performed well landing six goals between them.

According to TRL sources, Liam Ross and Dale Perkins were two of the best of the Warriors.
