Wet day two in Endeavour Rally
WARWICK man Geoff Lang’s latest update from day two of the Endeavour Rally from Mitchell to Blackall.
It was a pretty chilly start in Mitchell, and a reasonably short day distance wise compared to day one, with 493km travelled in the rally section.
The rally is split into two sections each day – rally and cruise.
Often it is two separate routes, with the cruise route set for people who want to take their time, and maybe have a chance to take in a bit more scenery that this beautiful country has to offer.
There has been some reasonable rainfall in this area, with some wet areas to get through. The tilt tray was quiet on day two, with no breakdowns but several cars required assistance after being bogged.
