Wet weather to continue
THE wet weather looks set to continue this week, with rain expected this morning, tomorrow and possibly through the weekend.
Bureau of Meteorology senior forecaster Geoff Doueal said Warwickites would wake to drizzle this morning, which would hang around for the next couple of days.
“Drizzle will turn to showers (tomorrow) with a small chance of rainfall on the weekend,” Mr Doueal said.
South-easterly blows are set to cool the region a couple of degrees below average.
“The south-easterly winds will pick up today, which means cool temperatures with 27 degrees yesterday, 28 degrees predicted today with the February average sitting at 29 degrees,” Mr Doueal said. “The weekend will see a continuation of the mild temperatures.”
