Warwick women ready for uplifting day of wellness

WHETHER they're piloting the family or focusing on the health of others, women often leave their own wellbeing behind.

Local ladies will be given the chance to enjoy an uplifting day of wellness; full of motivational speakers, workshops, music, art, food and fashion at the end of this month.

The Warwick Women's Wellness Day is a joint initiative of the Women of Warwick, Community Network of Warwick, Business Network of Warwick and several local businesses.

Co-organiser Julia Keogh said the day would have something for every woman.

"Whether you're currently soaring or hitting a patch of turbulence, this day is for you - time out to clear away excess baggage, and plot the course ahead for a new you," she said.

The Women's Wellness Day takes flight at the Abbey of the Roses on Saturday, October 31 from 9am to 4pm.

Tickets are $88 and include morning tea, lunch and activities.
