Young groovers will show pop-star Psy how to really move

PSY may have the moves, but the kids at Hip Pop Revelation are going to give the Korean pop sensation a run for his money come rodeo time.

Twelve of the dance students will be Gangnam Stylin' down the streets of Warwick in the Rodeo Street Parade and they're ready to impress.

Donned in their cowboy and cowgirl attire to fit with the Hooves 'n' Grooves theme, dancer Gabrielle Thornton said she couldn't wait.

"I have the perfect jeans and boots!" she said.

Dance teacher Carla Thornton will be rocking a horse suit on the day and was champing at the bit to get the parade underway.

"The kids have worked so hard with their choreography," Mrs Thornton said.

"I am very excited because we are predominantly a dance fitness class so we don't get to show off that much."

With Gangnam Style their chosen song, Mrs Thornton is sure they will have the whole audience up swinging their air lariats as well.
