Yummy pizza benedict
ALL you need is a few English muffins and a few of your favourite topping to create this Yummy pizza benedict.
Ingredients:
- english muffins
- tomato sauce
- eggs
- bacon/ham
- baby spinach
- cheese
- avocado
Method:
- toast muffins
- poach the eggs to your liking
- top with all ingredients as if you were topping a pizza
- pop poached egg on top and drizzle with more sauce and some cracked pepper if desired.
